The use of cell phones and social media sites by offenders in the custody of the North Carolina Division of Adult Correction is strictly prohibited. This activity constitutes a security violation/possession of contraband and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken. Use this form to report incarcerated persons in NCDAC facilities known to be in possession of cell phones or actively posting to social media channels.
