Vendor Opportunities

The 2025 NC Rehabilitation and Reentry Conference offers valuable opportunities to participate as a vendor or sponsor. As a vendor or sponsor, you will be able to raise awareness about your organization, network with conference participants, and attend conference activities.

Vendors will host a dedicated space in the vendor area to provide information about their organizations and interact with conference attendees, while sponsors will provide funding to cover costs associated with specific conference activities such as networking receptions, luncheons, speakers, or workshops.

Vendor registration includes a 4 x 6 table from April 1-3, 2025. 

  • Vendor (Non-profit organization) = $500. 
  • Vendor (For-profit organization) = $1,000. 

Please note that only 35 vendor slots are available.

Diamond Level: $15,000

NOTE - Electrical Outlet Fee: There is an additional fee for vendors needing an electrical outlet of $75 per outlet.
