Honor Guard

The honor guard from the Department of Adult Correction is comprised of division employees who volunteer their time to recognize those who have served the state, our nation and the Department of Adult Correction.

Honor Guards

The honor guard provides ceremonial services at funerals and memorial services, provides a color guard at agency meetings and events and serves in other situations as needed.  The Honor Guard also serves the USO when requested at Raleigh Durham International Airport when the bodies of fallen service members are arriving or transferring through the airport.
