The North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement's District Office in Raleigh received numerous complaints from the public about illegal drug activity and alcohol violations occurring at Walnut Creek Amphitheater, an outlet in Raleigh that is licensed by the N.C. Alcoholic Beverage Commission. In response to the complaints, ALE conducted a special enforcement operation Aug. 14, and arrested 65 people on 115 charges (25 felonies).
