Strategic Partnerships

The Strategic Partnerships Section tracks partnerships throughout the agency and manages the development of new partnerships to identify which opportunities would best expand the reach and effectiveness of NCDAC programs and delivery of services.

The team also collaborates with NCDAC staff to develop and implement strategies for maintaining and maximizing partnership engagement through resource allocation, budget planning and monitoring, and internal and external communication.

Boards and Commissions

This section is also responsible for managing the coordination of all actions related to boards and commission appointments and the maintenance of a database with all NCDAC board and commission information.

Our NCDAC staff are industry leaders that serve on multiple external statewide and national boards and commissions.
