Media Advisory: Joint Reentry Council to meet Thursday in Raleigh

WHAT: Monthly meeting of the North Carolina Joint Reentry Council, established by Gov. Roy Cooper under Executive Order 303, issued in January, which directs all State Cabinet agencies to coordinate efforts in improving rehabilitation and reentry of offenders returning to their communities after incarceration.
