NCCARE360 County Resources

The Department of Adult Correction's Division of Rehabilitation and Reentry has tapped into a statewide coordinated care network called NCCARE360, giving reentry professionals, probation/parole officers, prison case managers, social workers and others better access to locate needed services for the formerly incarcerated.
